Synology MR2200AC mesh router wall bracket
thingiverse
This is a mount that I designed for my synology mesh routers that don't have any means of mounting on their own. I couldn't find any designs out there that fit my criteria: sturdy, secure attachment, vertically-aligned screws for wall stud, minimal exposed profile on wall, and wire slots so I decided to fire up Fusion 360 and came up with this design. I'm new to 3D printing (recently purchased the Qidi X-Max) so I need to work on the print settings a bit but I'm happy with the design as it works well. I'll print a more polished version for the router in my house but the first one is fine for my garage. Hope you find this useful. Update Jan 27-2021: With some excellent guidance from Qidi's customer support, I was able to print a near-perfect bracket with PETG. The photo of the updated print is attached and you will notice that I printed on the smooth (black) side of the build plate instead of the textured side. Aside from the attached settings, the key to the clean print and easy removal included leveling the bed, applying a uniform coat of glue to the heated bed, and removing the acrylic cover on the X-Max during the print. For those with the X-Max the 3mf file is also attached.
