Synesso Steam Wand Lever
thingiverse
This is a 3D printable steam wand lever for Synesso espresso machines. I printed these using Hatchbox Wood and finished them with dark walnut wood stain, spray can lacquer, and 150 grit sandpaper. These wooden accents are part of a full set of custom-printed items I designed for the cafe where I work (JoLa Cafe in Portland, OR). Check out other wooden accents I've modeled and printed on Thingiverse: -La Marzocco Portafilter Handle: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1762709 -Synesso Group Head Paddle: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1762722 Print Settings: - Printer Brand: LulzBot - Printer: Mini - Rafts: No - Supports: No - Resolution: 200 microns - Infill: 100% Post-Printing Details: I printed my steam wand lever in Hatchbox Wood and finished it with dark walnut wood stain, spray can lacquer, and 150 grit sandpaper. I discovered that using 150 grit sandpaper results in a better finish when paired with the same filament. The handle features a hole for a 5/16 in x 3 in threaded rod with an 18 thread size, which should fit snugly as you screw it in. You can find similar rods at your local hardware store. Design Details: I designed this steam wand lever using Fusion 360.
