Synesso Group Head Paddle
thingiverse
I designed a 3D printable group head paddle for Synesso espresso machines. These were printed in Hatchbox Wood and stained with dark walnut wood stain after being sanded with 150 grit sandpaper, then finished with spray can lacquer. This wooden paddle is part of a full set of accents I modeled and printed for the cafe where I work (JoLa Cafe, Portland, OR). If you use the same filament as me, don't sand too much past 150 grit or it won't take the stain well. The holes on my paddle fit the existing bolts for Synesso group head paddles. When screwing them in, be careful to keep them straight because the bolts will self-thread the first time. How I Designed This I designed this paddle in Fusion 360.
