Dealing with the washers on the tailblades of the 700+ size Synergy helis can be frustrating. Many pilots share my frustration. To solve this problem, use this washer design that fits perfectly into the recesses of the grip and stays in place while putting the bolt through the grip and blades. It won't move around or drop to the ground, making everything go smoothly. This is a 2-piece design, but I also have a 1-piece version. However, some tailblades have longer roots that can only be accommodated by the 2-piece washer design.
