The printer was set up, so I was already annoyed that the printing bed had a design defect. At minimal pressure, the pressure bed moves uncontrolled. Of course it would be better to lower 3:1 so it doesn’t move so easily anymore, but this is an easy to add. i have made 2 versions, 1 x 1 pully, 1 x 2 pully - i prefer the 2 pully version Something similaress I have on my FLSUN Cube, which had the same problem. Parts required: - 60Z gear (any other gear can also be used. Important is the 5mm hole) - Timing belts, endless – I used for my 400 Tronxy a 1440 / GT2 - 2 pulleys, with 5mm hole. During installation it is important to observe the following: - the large gear needs distance to the engine. Otherwise it grazes and produces resistance. - The pulleys should also have space, so that they can adjust to the belt. - since the threaded rod is no longer directly mounted on the engine, but in the lower part of the clutch, the gear has to be properly mounted. -see sketch-. I have therefore exchanged the threaded pin screws for inbus screws (DIN 912). Who wants can print on thingiverse almost every part also instead of buying. The frame and the parts I have published as a fusion 360 file with
