The printable threaded rod has a step size of M22x200, or 2mm per revolution for an outside diameter of 22mm. This setup makes it possible to adjust the geometry of the Z axis by adjusting the length of the threaded rod. To do this, you must act on the adjusting ring and lock the position with the counter nuts. The system allows the use of powerful stepper motors (photo: NEMA17x60mm). Stepper synchronization eliminates the need for repeated heating bed settings.
