Update your SPD with a drive pulley for the 3.81mm pitch synchromesh cable; try using the 12T synchromesh version first. Print the pulley without support, with 0.1mm layer height and slightly overextruding for better fusing. This will ensure a perfect fit with some effort when pushing it onto the shaft. Note that achieving the correct size may require iterations. For optimal results, print at 0.15mm stepping with PLA filament and a slow print speed. Be aware that this is still a work in progress. The revised design offers improved printer compatibility. To achieve the best result, print with 0.1 or 0.15mm step height and an extruding hole of 0.3mm, slightly overextruding to create a perfect synchromesh pulley.
