This printable Synchromesh drive pulley is designed for a 3.81mm pitch cable, providing an interference fit and boasting 15 grooves. It has proven to perform as well as commercial counterparts. Since its installation, the pulley has maintained its position even during extended printing sessions of several hours. By using this cable drive system, users no longer require steppers with long output shafts due to the narrowness of cables. In order to optimize performance, adjust your firmware's steps-per-mm setting according to the microstepping level: for standard 1.8 degree steppers, use these pre-calculated values - no microstepping: 3.500, 1/2 microstepping: 6.999, 1/4 microstepping: 13.998, 1/8 microstepping: 27.997, and 1/16 microstepping: 56.993.
