The right leg on the prototype is actually a perfect match for its left counterpart - a seamless union that was achieved through a swift OpenSCAD hack, cleverly mirroring the superior half to create a flawless symmetry. This tweaked model prints with remarkable precision, identical in quality to the original design. However, one minor issue still lingers - the feathered surfaces continue to appear slightly smudged when sliced by Slic3r, a problem that can be easily resolved by tweaking the print settings, likely by adjusting the slope angle. But even with this minor imperfection, I'm completely satisfied with the symmetrical result and consider it good enough for now.
