Symmetric Tensegrity Table
cults3d
Another variation on the tensegrity tables that everyone has been printing. In general, most of them I've seen have been interesting, but really, really ugly! This is attempt to make something more attractive looking. see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_i-F6Rvdrw Printed, refined, reprinted. New files uploaded (I think.... Thingiverse isn't what it used to be, hard to tell what it's doing now most of the time!). Now there are places to put self-tapping screws to clamp nylon line for adjusting and tightening the tensioning strings. Tie beads (or #2 or M2 nuts) to the line where it is to terminate in the "arc" pieces, the beads then get pulled and hide down in the pocketed holes. The screws hide down inside the little bumps (the ones that don't have arcs sprouting from them!)
