Symmetric Tensegrity Table

Symmetric Tensegrity Table

thingiverse

Another variation on tensegrity tables that everyone has been printing. In general, most of them I've seen are interesting but really, really ugly! This is an attempt to make something more attractive looking. see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_i-F6Rvdrw Printed, refined and reprinted. New files have been uploaded (I think). Thingiverse isn't what it used to be; it's hard to tell what it's doing now most of the time! Now there are places to put self-tapping screws for clamping nylon line when adjusting and tightening tensioning strings. Tie beads or #2 or M2 nuts can be attached to the line where it is supposed to terminate in the "arc" pieces, then pulled down into pocketed holes. Screws hide inside little bumps that don't have arcs sprouting from them.
