Symmetric Spheroform Tetrahedron
thingiverse
This is an absolutely solid shape of consistent width. It's built from a Reuleaux Tetrahedron with the edges replaced by a meticulously crafted sphere sweep. I've swapped out the sphere sweep code for a directly calculated envelope polyhedron to give it a bit of a speed boost. More details about this one-of-a-kind shape can be found at Patrick Roberts' website, xtalgrafix.com/Spheroform2.htm.
