Remix of my asymmetric cable carrier (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4628668) to have a symmetric version. Cable carrier, drag cable chain, bend restrictor to reduce wear and stress on cables and prevent entanglement. When printed each link in the chain rotates a maximum of 35 degrees, therefore it takes 5 links to almost rotate 180 degrees. The distance between rotation points is 16 mm. Internal dimensions are 12,2 x 10,2 mm, other larger and smaller dimensions can be achieved by scaling up and down. If you want the original Fusion 360 file to modify it to your needs, just ask in the comments.
