Most buckles around here have a major flaw: they're either riddled with moving parts or even more troublesome, bent components that will shatter after some usage time has passed. I've experienced this issue multiple times with replacement parts for Ortlieb bag buckles, which led me to create a new buckle design with no moving parts at all. Since it's symmetrical, the buckle can be seamlessly connected to handles or belts equipped with this same buckle model. The design prints beautifully without any support structures needed. This custom-made buckle was crafted using OpenSCAD, and you're free to tweak some parameters to suit your specific requirements.
