I completed a high school engineering project involving the development of a jig to precisely align holes on skateboards or longboards. After 3D printing a prototype, I inserted #10-1/2 brass fittings into the holes for a snug fit during drilling. The design also features a stencil for cutting drop through truck openings accurately. Furthermore, it includes a 4' long, 0.5" x 0.125" flat rod that allows adjustment of camber or rocker on the board while preventing any left-right movement.
