I snapped my original propeller guard, so I measured it and crafted a new one. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Plus Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 0% Notes: Use just perimeters. Original has bottom hollow so use just Top layers and perimeters and you'd have exactly the same thing. Print slower to make it more robust. Then you don't need that many perimeters. PLA would be better because it's stronger. Two perimeters should be fine. Higher resolution, such as 0.15mm or 0.10 or even 0.50, would be better because it would have a smoother surface and much more strength. How I Designed This Picture of real thing I took a picture, then imported it into Fusion 360. Calibrated the picture by real measurements and then started to design the part. Then exported as STL.
