I recently decided to repurpose my leftover SYMA X8 shell with a more modern flight controller and some additional features. My only challenge was attaching it to the shell, so I quickly created this mount. It has very few details, making it simple to 3D print without any complex components. Additionally, I've included a 123Design save file, allowing you to customize it easily.
