Sydney Opera House
cults3d
Another Architecture test model showcases the Thing-o-Matic's capabilities for people/students. It takes nearly 3 hours to print at full size, but demonstrates impressive achievable overhangs, curved faces, and flat surfaces, also highlighting Jorn Utzon's architectural style. The model shows some dirtiness and likely has several holes and excess triangles, yet prints fairly well. If anyone in the Wellington VUW League of Makers is interested in seeing it in person, they can simply let me know; I'm sure they recognize themselves.
