Sx2 Simple SLA DLP resin 3D printer

I started with the design from ScribbleJ, but ultimately settled for the Z-car and designed new parts for the motor mount and rod mounts based on Prusa I2 and I3 designs. The software recommended is Creation Workshop: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40778. The enclosure is inspired by an IKEA Method cabinet (40x40x38,5cm). A beamer is mounted above it for top-down SLA printing without the need for expensive lenses or surface mirrors to achieve great print quality! To get started with the project you'll need a DLP beamer that's 2000 lumen strong. I personally used an Infocus IN2104 beamer which boasts a 1024x768 resolution but has only 1800 lumen output - so do not settle for anything less than a HD beamer to truly optimize print quality! As far as resin is concerned, Makerjuice subG+ will yield the best results.
