Swytch OLED Display 22mm to 26mm Adapter

The 'universal' ebike kit from Swytch is not as universal as advertised. Its OLED display fits a 22mm handlebar but not a 26mm road handlebar. This adapter allows you to replace the bottom connector and attach my 'adapter'(the black strappy bit) as a replacement, using the same hinge. The 'padding' (the gray part in the photos) fills the gap between the 22mm radius and the 26mm bar. General instructions: 1. Using a 1.4mm drill bit push the hinge pin out of the unit to remove the existing bottom connector. Save for re-use. 1. Print the two parts using a strong, durable and flexible plastic (i used nylon with carbon fiber). 1. Using the same 1.4mm drill bit clear the hole on the printed part. 1. Connect the adapter using the hinge. 1. Optional: Using a little bit of double sided tape, attach the padding to the underside of the display unit. 1. Attach the unit to your handlebar, with the m3 bolt. There will be a space between the unit and the adapter, this is expected. Do not overtighten!
