<p>Printing instructions:</p><ul><li>Download either the front and back files separately or just the full file. I recommend printing them separately so that you can adjust the size of them to fit your knife.&nbsp;<ul><li>The default size of the hole for the knife blade is 130mm by 20mm by 2mm.&nbsp;</li><li>The default size of the hole for the knife handle is 100mm by 16mm by 12mm.&nbsp;</li><li>If you scale one part, make sure to scale the other equally, so they still fit together easily.</li></ul></li><li>I recommend that you print at a ≤25mm layer height, at normal speed, and with ≥10% infill in the default orientation with supports (described below) to prevent the need for supports on the inside.<ul><li>The default build-plate only PrusaSlicer supports should be fine (I don't have experience with Cura supports).</li><li>For the back portion, supports are needed from the build plate to the moon-shaped connector thing.</li><li>For the front portion, supports are needed from the build plate to the front of the sword (assuming you are printing it upside down).</li></ul></li></ul><p>Assembly instructions:</p><ul><li>Place the front portion onto the blade of the knife and the back portion onto the grip. For your own safety, please put the front portion on first.</li></ul><p>Enjoy!</p>
