Sword On Back Holder Holster Mount Thing
thingiverse
My First Thing! I whipped this up last night because my son asked me to make a way to put his sword on his back. It's fairly simple and printed perfectly on my Ender 3 Pro using Cura. It took a little less than 4hrs on 100% infill. As you can see from the photos, its designed to be used with some type of lacing to hold the sheath on to the mount. I glued a thin layer of craft foam (white is all I had handy) between the sheath and the mount for grip and used Paracord as the lacing. It turned out fairly well I think as the sheath is stuck hard to the mount. I also used an old dufflebag strap with the clip ends as the 'Belt' but I'd be you could use a rope or something similar. Someone should come along and revise the mounts to use an actual belt or maybe some webbing. The lacing holes are 5mm in diameter and the paracord fit fairly easily. I think this could easily be resized for larger swords, too. Anyhow, hope you find it useful. Made in Fusion 360
