Sword of the Ninjadisciple

Sword of the Ninjadisciple

I created this design using Fusion360. This custom katana is unmistakably inspired by the classic Lego Ninjago katana. Initially, I aimed to replicate it exactly, but my eagerness and sloppiness got the best of me, and it didn't turn out perfectly. Luckily, my kids love it just as much. Perhaps someone else will find a use for it too. I printed it with the blade resting on its sharp edge. We made a test print when it was mounted on the handle, but unfortunately, it couldn't withstand the intense play of Ninjawars. The filament used is DevilDesign's premium PLA Gold, and I employed a .25mm nozzle and a .12mm layer height. The red sword in the photo serves as a reference point for comparison.
