designed a sword using solidworks. designed to fit over a 1/8"thick 3/4"x36" Flat Bar. A 3d printed bar or piece of wood could also be substituted. I will print this out and share picture shortly. The blade has also been split into 4 separate pieces to fit on an average sized print bed.
