This is a robust upgrade for those who appreciate raw power. Unfortunately, I am a small, hairless ape and my previous prototype shattered during assembly. If you're in the market for an overpowered y-idler, this might be the perfect replacement for your existing weak link. Key components come from Prusa Research's extras kit: 12 M3 screws (20mm each), 4 M3 washers, 1 M3 Nyloc nut (retrieved from the original part), 6 M8 square nuts, and 2 M8 low-profile nuts. Optionally, you can add a GT2 20T 3mm Idler Pulley for an extra touch of precision. As of revision 3A, this design allows for effortless attachment of the idler without disassembling the frame. The idler nut now has plenty of clearance to ensure smooth operation.
