The arms & waist are intentionally sliced in a 90° angle so there are no jaggy slopes that prevent a seamless assembly. I added 'connectors' to the design, although there is a tolerance distance between the connector pieces and the holes, you might need to sand the connectors a little so they fit nice and snug.
