EXPERIMENTAL! Work in progress...\r\nFDM Noob here. Please tell me if you have issues with the design. Thanks!\r\n\r\nSo I designed this for my 400 mm³ CoreXY to fit in the top enclosure.\r\nIt bolts directly to the corner of 3030 rails on every axis, replacing existing corner brackets or bolting into existing ones, thereby adding some much-needed structural integrity.\r\n\r\nThe idea was to be able to swing the whole thing out for filament change and have some sort of filament guidance without too many constraints.\r\nThere is an arm designed to guide the filament, which is also free-swinging.\r\nThe filament runs through a cleaner that has no constraints at all. You might want to add clamps to limit the travel in the Z-axis.\r\nI have added a carrier for spool-less filaments as well (tolerances may be subject to change though)\r\nI hope you get the idea.\r\n\r\nPlease let me know if you make this thing and run into trouble or achieve success.\r\nThe spool shaft is a remix of some other popular designs right here.\r\n\r\nHardware needed:\r\n\r\n2x Misumi B633ZZ Ball Bearing\r\n3x Misumi SB6002ZZ Ball Bearing\r\n3x Misumi BA1528 Axial Bearing\r\n7x Socket Button Head Screw M6 x 16 (one bolts into existing invisible L-Joint)\r\n1x Socket Button Head Screw M6 x 14 (sunk hole)\r\n3x Socket Button Head Screw M3 x 14\r\n1x Socket Button Head Screw M3 x 12\r\n3 Thumb Screws M3 x 20\r\n7x Hex Nut M3\r\n7x T-Nuts for 3030 Profile\r\n2x Filament Collet\r\n2x Filament Collet Clip\r\nsome 2 x 3 mm PTFE tube\r\nsome cotton/sponge for the filament cleaner (I do not recommend oiling it!)\r\n
