Use a 5/8 metal or wood pin in each joint, securing them firmly to prevent any movement. I'm utilizing two wall mounts on mine, but the arm's design allows for more flexibility if needed. To ensure a secure hold, I've applied mounting tape to the back of the wall mount, distributing the weight evenly. My print is made from PLA and has been supporting a 28" monitor without issue. While it's likely to sag over time due to its material, this doesn't affect my application, so I'm not concerned about testing its strength by intentionally breaking it. However, based on its construction, I estimate it could easily hold 15-20 pounds. The arm is 12 inches long and features a VESA spacing of 100 x 100mm. When printing the arm, pay close attention to its offset design; if you want it to fold flat in the opposite direction, simply print a mirrored image. To level your setup, start by screwing the top mount into place, then adjust the bottom one until your monitor is perfectly level – not the mounts themselves. For optimal structural integrity, print the design as shown in the pictures, incorporating loops around the axis to maximize strength and stability.
