I print items @ 195 degrees PLA @ bed level 0 with 10% infill 2 perimeters and 3 top and bottom layers. I include rafts where necessary, simply choose the male/female end types you desire. However, I couldn't use ABS in these builds, so I don't know how they will print in ABS. When printing and cleaning the male end, pay special attention as it requires extra care. Remove rafts and clean under the triangular arrow guides with a triangular file; I also use sandpaper to smooth out surfaces. Components can be separated by breaking one of the male end prongs. Pushing male/female parts together demands significant effort; they should require a lot of force to pull apart instead. If the prongs print too rigid, they might break when pushed together. Walls that are too thick will cause this problem as well; adjust thicknesses for a correct balance between flexibility. Initially, I set the speed at 100% until reaching the prongs, then finish with 20% using a build fan if needed. If your printer begins to print like jello, it's probably overheated and can't form a good male profile. Printing at least two items together allows for better cooling.
