Swivel sweeper joint

I've printed this part with PETG 0.2mm layer height and 50% infill - overkill, I admit, but better safe than sorry.\r\n\r\nThe sleeve on the round neck is slightly too wide, causing it to slide out of the tube of the handle unless glued in place.\r\n\r\nAlthough the channel along the side could use a bit more width, it's still functional and usable.\r\nFurthermore, the square hole meant for the secure notch needs to be slightly wider, just like the channel, for a seamless fit.
