Swivel PlayBook wall mount

For hands-free use of my PlayBook in the kitchen, I mounted a wall plate and attached a holder for the tablet with a rod as a hinge. A pencil helped as a stopgap. The design consists of two parts: a flat mounting plate and a PlayBook holder. Print the holder vertically and the wall mount horizontally. To edit or print separate parts, change the 'part' global variable (1 for holder, 2 for wall piece, 3 for both) and adjust the 'caseHingeHoleSz' parameter for hinge size if needed. Note that the picture quality is poor due to issues with new filament, and white gunk indicates delamination in the print, not design.
