Swivel C270 z-axis mount with toolless screw

I had printed the toolless adjustable mount, and a lightbar for it, but the balls in the swivel/arm broke under the weight of the # of pieces I needed to reach far enough I was looking for a different mount that could hang off the x-axis stepper motor on the gantry, but would be large enough for my Ender 3 Max, and still have room for the lightbar I had already printed and wired to my power supply This is my second attempt at welding models in MeshMixer, and as a result, the bottom doesn't lie flat, however if you just move the entire model down 0.2mm (and tell Cura to ignore anything below Z=0), it prints fine and stable I blocked supports through the arm, but used tree support at the screw and the part that connects to the stepper housing
