Swivel Bowden Fixture

By letting the extruder stepper motor rotate freely, it's now possible to shorten the Bowden PTFE tube substantially. I decided to position my extruder outside of my Da Vinci 1.0 case initially, but unfortunately, I ended up with too much excess Bowden cable that caused oozing problems during printing. In an attempt to rectify this issue, I placed the stepper motor inside the case and shortened the Bowden cable some what more than before; however, there still had to be sufficient room left so that it wouldn't twist when printing occurred. Finally, using my swivel fixture made all these woes disappear instantly.
