Swivel base for the Mega Anti-Tangle Spool Holder w/ Screw holes

I redesigned the Mega-Anti-Tangle Spool Holder's swivel base, intrigued by its purposeful design that seems to encourage swiveling movement. To better secure the spool holder in place, I decided against relying on double-sided tape and opted for a more solid solution instead. I added screw holes to provide a sturdy anchor point and reduced the material size to speed up printing time while minimizing plastic usage. The result is a stable and reliable setup that keeps the spool holder firmly in position.
