Good morning everyone, I know its been a little since I was able to post this part. But thanks to Reddit r/longrange, I was able to make some design tweaks that made this part even better and more durable. If you have a filament that likes to shrink when cooled like CF Nylon. I recommend using 101%, I used 100% and its a little tight with a slight gap between the screw in points. One this I did in Cura was set the screw in portion of the lever and the lever itself to 100% infill and the rest (The ring) at 40%. The reason I did 100% was so the threaded inserts had more plastic to grab onto. Materials needed: 1. Strong filament, that is weather resistant. Since this is for a rifle scope and we tend to use them outside, I would use a weather resistant filament. (Not PLA) 2. M3 bolt 8-12mm in length. 8mm will probably work the best at 101-102% scaling and 10mm-12mm will work best in 100% scaling 3. A heat pressed threaded insert. I will link the one I used!
