Rocker Switch Panel Design for My 2000 4Runner, Suitable for All 3rd Gen 4Runners from 96-2002 and 96-2004 Tacomas. I designed two files: one for switches side by side and another for switches stacked on top of each other. These designs should work well for all 3rd generation 4Runners from 1996 to 2002, as well as 1996 to 2004 Tacomas. To print these designs successfully, you need to use supports from the bedplate only. I used Cura's perimeter supports and was impressed by how well they worked. The body of each switch measures 14mm x 28mm, while the flange is larger at 17mm x 32.5mm. Edit: On July 28, 2018, I uploaded a Fusion 360 file for anyone interested in modifying or reproducing these designs. Keep in mind that PLA plastic may not withstand the heat of a vehicle, especially if you live in Oregon, USA, where temperatures can be quite high.
