The Handle Bar Electronic Switch Enclosure was designed to be mounted over the 29mm diameter handle bar grip on a Honda 4 wheeler, and its primary function is to control a pull behind sprayer by turning it on and off. To achieve this, a 16 Amp rocker switch was chosen from the Hardware store, specifically the Servalite 780704U Mini Rocker Switch SPST ON-OFF 12VDC, rated for 16A of current. Two Phillips pan head #8 x 1 1/2" long Stainless Steel screws were also purchased to secure the mount to the handle bar grip. The switch was designed to be easy to operate and was made as narrow as possible to minimize its impact on the grip. This allowed for enough room for most hands to comfortably operate it without interfering with other controls. The wires need to be soldered onto the switch terminals, which will then be trimmed to fit inside the enclosure and routed out through an angled hole in the side.
