I printed a few of the original switches and found they worked well and printed nicely. Slimming them down became an obvious choice. The hole opposite the lock lever offered no support or stability, so it was removed. By reducing its size, the switch uses less filament. This also allows for two switches to be placed on a single plate, enabling you to lock either the ON or OFF position instead of being limited to one or the other as with the original design. This feature is especially useful when using 3-way switches.
