Switch Handle
thingiverse
This is a compact handle for the PDS2-330 disconnect switch. https://www.c3controls.com/configurator/non-fused-disconnect-switches/ S103 is scaled to 103%. The handles used in the field or for installation are often difficult to use or test before the entire system is built around the switch, such as long shafts. This handle can be stored in your toolbox, or used as a primary handle if you're using a salvaged switch. The PINK picture shows V1, see the zip file, as the alignment isn't as nice. The yellow screenshot (BROWN PRINT) is the final V2 version. Hex is 8.8mm inscribed. The inner recess is 17mm but may vary based on the printer; try scaling from 97-104 if it's not quite right. You should have a pretty good idea where your printer sits. A SolidWorks file could be made available if there's enough demand, or if a minor size tweak is needed.
