A malfunctioning break switch is a known problem on many Garmin Montena units. After carefully removing the entire on switch cover, I created a replacement part using flexible PLA and attached it with superglue. The result appears to be waterproof. Unfortunately, the marking on this new part is not very visible under normal daylight conditions, making it nearly invisible to the naked eye.
