Switch Enclosure with relay and fuse

Switch Enclosure with relay and fuse

thingiverse

This is a custom-built enclosure I designed using leftover parts from a remote starter kit installed in a minivan and a lighted switch from a set of fog lights. The relay, rated at 35 amps, can power most 12-volt DC attachments for a lawn tractor, including sprayers, utility lights, fertilizer spreaders, electric lift cylinders, etc. The two halves of the enclosure are held together with four Phillips pan-head #8 x 1" long stainless steel screws. The supply and output wires are made from a 16-gauge cold-weather flexible blue polar extension cord and secured by a cord grip printed from Ninja Flex.
