A protective cover that safeguards the primary power switch on my 3D printer from accidental shutdowns is a thoughtful touch. Securely attached to the base with two M3 screws threaded into the plastic, this cover features three millimeter mounting holes for added stability. Print Settings: Printer: My own DIY CoreXY printer Rafts: Completely unnecessary Supports: Similarly unessential Resolution: Optimized at 0.1 mm layer height and a 0.4 mm nozzle diameter Infill: Thirty percent for the perfect balance of strength and weight Notes: PLA was used in this instance, yet any material should yield satisfactory results.
