Switch casing holder
thingiverse
I recently scored a used Nintendo Switch for parts or not working, but I was able to bring it back to full functionality. Unfortunately, the seller had removed all the screws, making it easy for me to take apart the casing. To hold things together until new screws arrived, I ordered replacement screws from Aliexpress, but they took forever to get here. In the meantime, I designed and printed a temporary solution that allowed me to use my Switch without worrying about the casing coming loose. This was only meant to be an interim fix, as I have since replaced it with actual replacement screws. I didn't test this design while docking the Switch, so I'm not sure if it fits properly. To ensure a snug fit, print this design as is and scale down by a couple of percent if necessary. This temporary solution was printed using TPU to provide the required flexibility.
