This clamp variation is designed for securing a microswitch on Mendel's Y-axis bars, acting as a Y max/min sensor. Print it and attach between two M8 nuts and washers. The cavity directs downwards towards the X carriage, housing the glued microswitch. Optical switches are replaced with this component. The microswitch lightly contacts the Y bed's foot, using a model with a front roller or lever is recommended.
