Switch Box for basic toggle switches
thingiverse
I needed an in-line switch and a place to make some wire junctions. I used two small cable clams that I had as well to secure the input and output wires. This was printed in PLA and I wouldn't use it for high amperage, but for my basic low draw DC needs, it fit the bill. Be safe, if you don't feel like you know enough to build and use something like this safely, don't. The lid recesses into the box to give it some strength and keep it secure. Overall it's great. The screws could be recessed if the lid was made slightly thicker (but wasn't necessary and I had cap screws on hand). It works well for what it is and is the right size for an easy in line basic switch.
