This custom upgrade for your ordinary USB stick is Easy to print and build in under 1 hour 30 minutes. Additional parts that can't be printed include: USB Electronics Super Glue 2 pen springs Fabric (Customizable) *Instructions: Scale and print plastic components Snap the electronic component into place (I used a "Kingston datatraveler 3G") Glue the inner two pieces together Insert the springs at the back Line up the outer pieces, but don't glue them together yet Wrap fabric in the notch around the outside of the USB Use a small brush to cover the fabric with a layer of glue (be very careful not to get any on moving parts) *Troubleshooting: -If the USB won't slide, use nail polish remover and oil to clean it up and remove leftover glue and lubricate the track
