Imagine now, with the ingenious Switch-blade Sword, you can effortlessly transform it into a deadly cleaver when enemies flee into a cave or other cramped areas. Simply fold back the blade and unleash its fury. Crafted specifically for cosplay enthusiasts, this versatile sword boasts an impressive 823,748 mm length when fully extended. The tang part measures 480,525 mm, while the tip part extends to 343,324 mm. A sturdy lock secures the blade in place, measuring a reassuring 16.94 mm. The guard stands at 19,853 mm, providing optimal protection for your hand. The hilt is designed for comfort and balance, stretching 170,827 mm in length. Both the bottom and top cylindrical plugs feature a maximum diameter of Ø25mm, ensuring a snug fit. Three strategically placed sockets on the tip part and tang part accommodate neodymium block magnets (10.0 x 4.0 x 2.0 mm). These powerful magnets keep the blade securely locked in place when folded, with an estimated pull force of around 1 kg per magnet. Six magnets should provide more than sufficient hold to prevent the blade from springing open on its own. The lock mechanism is still a prototype, but it effectively secures the blade in both extended and retracted positions. Note: Some assembly may be required for optimal performance.
