Switch and socket housing for Reittec Polisher
thingiverse
I guess everyone who made the reittec polisher basically created some kind of solution for the electronic switch and socket on their own. However, I made a version which fits quite nicely in the original holes at the side of the machine, using the same M3 screws and nuts. The housing itself also needs 4 pcs of M3x20mm screws and 4 M3 nuts for assembly. If you wonder, I used the following parts for my assembly: Motor: BQLZR high torque 12V DC 100 RPM gearbox electric motor 5000r/min, which can be found here: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00T47CHZG Switch: Standard "KCD3" type rocker type switch with just 2 connectors, which can be found here: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005002075041977.html Socket and power supply: 12V 2A DC power supply which is usually used for LED strips, which can be found here: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B083FPJMMX ... and no, these are not affiliate links ;) If you are interested, I also made some other upgrades for the reittec polisher: - some spring loaded brackets with rolls to keep the drum from jumping out of the gears - you can check out the file here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4879515 - an interlocking holder to keep the ribs in place within the drum without bonding with glue: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4879541
