Here's what you'll need: * 1 M3x10mm screw * 1 M5x14mm screw (trim a standard M5x16mm screw) * 5 flat washers with a 5mm inner diameter, 0.4mm thick Position the washers between keys and housing for maximum grip. Use Loctite thread lock to secure the screws in place. For an extra-strong bond, glue the two plastic sides together using super glue. Print Settings: * Printer: RepRap * Printer Model: Prusa i3 * Rafts: Not necessary * Supports: None needed * Resolution: 0.3mm * Infill: 30% Notes: Print without supports from ABS or PLA, as desired. If necessary, drill out the holes using a 3mm and 5mm drill bit.
