In my design business, I frequently develop threads to achieve specific goals. To test the limits of thread production, I decided to create a 90-degree unsupported thread and build a small functional jar. This particular design yields a decent-sized interior volume, approximately 3/4 cup or more. The threads have considerable engagement, allowing for a secure screw-on cap. Two distinct jar designs utilize the same cap configuration.
